I am an NC Licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of building log homes exclusively. I am also a former NC Licensed Home Inspector with 7 years of experience doing investigative trouble shooting on all types of housing.

Last, but not least I am your authorized independently owned dealership for Tennessee Log Homes of Athens Tennessee, a thirty five year old company providing quality log products.

It is a rare occasion when a person can call someone a friend and mean it. It is even better to have that person be an associate in business. For more than 25 years James Holmes, Jr., "Squank", has been involved in/or lead the construction of more than 100 log homes. There are few major log home packages that he has not constructed. He is considered to be an expert at log home dry ins, log home finish trim, and rock veneer placement. He also has three overseas dry ins to his credit. One on St. Thomas Island, The Dominican Republic and one in Europe.
